By automating material flow and processing steps, we ensure the precise fabrication of parts in advance.
Our own production-specific data library automatically selects predefined processing values according to material strength. All production sections in the plant are connected online: design, planning, static measurements, and construction are carried out using a CAD program specially developed for steel construction. As soon as a profile is created on the CAD workstation, NC data is generated and immediately transferred to the CNC machines in the workshop, so that each processing stage is controlled online and without errors. 

A stamping device impresses the project-specific identification number on each component.
This allows each element to be identified in all production phases. Each part is treated with the shot blaster. Finally, the completed construction parts receive an anti-corrosive layer, and are painted or hot-dip-galvanized upon request. Prior to delivery, all parts are subjected to rigorous quality control using state-of-the-art ultrasound technology.
